These rates apply to all customers who do not have one of the plans or contracts below.

PrePay Maintenance Plan
Rates: Webmaster $60.00/hr Administrative $35.00/hr
With this plan you pre-purchase the amount of support you desire at the plan rate (minimum purchased amount $400.00). When the plan hours run out you are invoiced at our regular standard rates until you purchase another block of time. Hours can be purchased at any time needed, but you must have hours on the books to get the plan rate. Plan hours remain on the books until used.

Semi-Annual Maintenance Contract
Rates: Webmaster $55.00/hr Administrative $30.00/hr
Minimum contract amount: $600.00
Semi-Annual Contracts are available for any number of hours to be used over a 6 month period. Unused hours at contracts end are only carried forward if another semi-annual contract is purchased. The maximum hours carried forward limited to the renewed contract amount. No refunds provided for unused hours. Hours used beyond the contracted hours are invoiced monthly at the rate of $60.00/hr & $35.00/hr for the duration of the contract.

Annual Maintenance Contract Best Value!
Rates: Webmaster $50.00/hr Administrative $25.00/hr
Minimum contract amount: $1200.00
Annual Contracts are available for any number of hours above the minimum amount, to be used over a 12 month period. Unused hours at contracts end are only carried forward if annual contract is renewed. The maximum hours carried forward limited to the renewed contract amount. No refunds provided for unused hours. Hours used beyond the contracted hours are invoiced at the rate of $55.00/hr & $30.00/hr for the duration of the contract.

Host Maintenance Plan
Rates: Webmaster $25.00/hr Administrative $25.00/hour
This plan provides those websites hosted with GIGASITES limited low cost support. The plan provides 3 hours only per quarter of support. Hours not used during the plan quarter are lost and not carried forward. Hours used beyond the plans 3 hours are invoiced at the standard rate of $75.00/hr & $45.00/hr rates. This plan is invoiced with your hosting invoice each quarter. You may terminate the plan at any time. No refunds provided for unused hours.
